Study Context
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia, but access to qualified therapists is extremely limited. This study evaluates the efficacy of Sleepio, a fully automated digital CBT-I program.

- Significant improvement in sleep efficiency compared to the placebo group (pseudo-therapy)
- Gains sustained at 8 weeks post-intervention
Application in Deuswell
Deuswell integrates the core principles of CBT-I through digital sleep logs, AI-guided sleep restriction and stimulus control.
